Signs of His Coming. Do you know what to look for? Beloveds, many of these are already taking place. If the Lamb of God were to come tonight? Would you be ready to go with Him. Would your family and your loved ones be ready with you? Never mind your church, never mind your pastor, never mind your best friends or your workmates, Would you and your family be ready?

The Economic Signs

There seems a "real" urgency in the world at the moment for people and businesses and large Companies to amass as much wealth as possible. It is as if there has been a "silent signal" given, and the race to amass wealth is now on. People everywhere have this uncanny urgency to amass and horde as much wealth as possible. How it is acquired or where it is acquired from is irrelevant. The "rat race” is on. Is this one of the sign the Bible talked about

Even the churches and the so-called body of Christ are getting in on the act. The TV broadcasts, the Internet, the radios or even in the print Medias, are all about asking members to GIVE, GIVE, GIVE, and GIVE QUICKLY.

Are these happening everywhere in the world or just with the churches of my country? Look at the popular Christian TV stations or the Internet Ministries. It is all about GIVE ME, GIVE ME, GIVE ME AND MORE GIVE MEs. "The infamous. . . Don’t take too long, GET TO THAT PHONE NOW AND CALL THIS NUMBER in exchange for a ‘special prayer’. Do not hang up if the lines are busy, keep dialing. The signs of times.

Beloveds, what happened to the "good old one hour sermon" on the TV? Every Christian TV channels are now becoming so commercialized. Even the pastors are now charging for their sermons. You have to pay to hear a sermon. What is becoming to the body of Christ. Signs of times indeed.

Jesus warned in the Bible, about the "Hirelings." These are shepherd's or pastors who are there JUST FOR THE MONEY. When the trouble comes they will disappear real quickly leaving the sheep to cater for themselves. Beloveds, the "hirelings" and the churches they represent are now popping up everywhere in the world. The endtime signs are definitely at hand.

Now listen, all you "spiritually blind" people, You will weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. The wealth you are amassing now will be of no use to you. They will rot and the moths will eat your clothes. Your gold and silver will corrode. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. (James 5:1-4 NIV)

Social Signs and Signs in Nature

The Bible all tells us in 2 Timothy 3:1-9 (NIV), there will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to admit the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth—men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get far because their sins will be shouted from the rooftops.

Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

"Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

"So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible. See, I have told you ahead of time.

"So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather. Matthew 24:4-29 (NIV)

"In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Acts 2:17-21 (NIV)

Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord's coming is near. Don't grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door! Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. Above all, my brothers, do not swear—not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No," no, or you will be condemned. James 5:1-12

“You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them. And the gospel must first be preached to all nations. Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit. Mark 13:9-11

Then he said to them: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.

"But before all this, they will lay hands on you and persecute you. They will deliver you to synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. This will result in your being witnesses to them. But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. All men will hate you because of me. But not a hair of your head will perish. By standing firm you will gain life. Luke 21:12-18

"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." Luke 21:25-2

Political Signs

When we begin to see the leader of the 'mother' Church and the president of the most powerful country in the world come together in something known as the "Holy Alliance", then know that the end is nigh. Beloveds, the Signs are there. The holy alliance is already in motion. It will not be long before the Government will start to enforce the laws of the church. Freedom to worship, who you will worship, when you will worship, what day of the week will your worship be on, who is lead the worship, will all be the laws enforced by the Government. We are beginning to head in that direction now. The security and the screenings will not just be at the airports. The Government is now putting cameras every where. Is it just for law enforcement purposes or for something more sinister than that?

Beloveds, the coming of the Lamb of God is nearing. Are you and your loved ones ready?
