Through Him Scriptures
THROUGH HIM SCRIPTURES . . .
All things were made and came into existence through
Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into
For God did not send the Son into the world in order to
judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that
the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.
And that through Him everyone who believes [who
acknowledges Jesus as his Savior and devotes himself to Him] is
absolved (cleared and freed) from every charge from which he could not
be justified and freed by the Law of Moses and given right standing
It is through Him that we have received grace (God's
unmerited favor) and [our] apostleship to promote obedience to the
faith and make disciples for His name's sake among all the nations.
Through Him also we have [our] access (entrance,
introduction) by faith into this grace (state of God's favor) in which
we [firmly and safely] stand. And let us rejoice and exult in our hope
of experiencing and enjoying the glory of God.
Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors
and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.
[For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live
through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end
in Him.] To Him be glory forever! Amen (so be it).
For it is through Him that we both [whether far off or
near] now have an introduction (access) by one [Holy] Spirit to the
Father [so that we are able to approach Him].
And God purposed that through (by the service, the
intervention of) Him [the Son] all things should be completely
reconciled back to Himself, whether on earth or in heaven, as through
Him, [the Father] made peace by means of the blood of His cross.
And whatever you do [no matter what it is] in word or
deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and in [dependence
upon] His Person, giving praise to God the Father through Him.
Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost
(completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those
who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition
to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them.
Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all
times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips
that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.
1 Peter 1:21
Through Him you believe in (adhere to, rely on) God, Who
raised Him up from the dead and gave Him honor and glory, so that your
faith and hope are [centered and rest] in God.
1 John 4:9
In this the love of God was made manifest (displayed)
where we are concerned: in that God sent His Son, the only begotten or
unique [Son], into the world so that we might live through Him.
